About The Author....

Hey this is Crispin, and for the last ten years or so my wife and I have  experienced some fundamental changes in our lives as we both went past our 50th birthdays.

We both realize that physically there are activities that we can no longer pursue, but even more profound has been the mental changes.

We now look at life differently and now treat with the highest value things that we would have probably ignored 20 years ago.

We also have come to realize that taking care of our health is not something that we can delegate to medical practitioners or even well meaning friends and family. So we have spent considerable amount of time doing research on health related issues, and have for the most part been shocked by what we have found.

We have now come to realize that even though we have to be realistic about our longevity, growing older is not an inevitable march towards ill health, physical and mental breakdown, and the host of ills that plague us at this age.

The main obstacle we have found to our well being, are the very institutions that are supposed to be working to keep us healthy. We are regularly shocked and outraged by the terrible advice we get, and the unnecessary expenses we incur for so-called cures for prevalent illnesses.

So I have started this website to explore and unearth some natural solutions that cost almost nothing in comparison to popular medications.

I trust that the information shared here will help you to make more informed choice so you can remain healthy and active for as long as possible.

Good Health to you...

Crispin Thomas
